Very nice mod, but DO NOT use the item sorter. It does a poor job of sorting items into the right categories, and it also ate some of my misc items completely. Yes, I scoured my home about 10 times to see if they were just placed into any small random container, but the items were literally gone completely. Luckily i saved before trying the sorter since I doubted it would work in the first place.
I want to put items from various quests, DLCs, and other things all over my Megaton house but the bedroom, the foyer, and the guests bedroom all have the objects dropped turn invisible once they're placed somewhere. The only places them doesn't happen are the kitchen, the upstairs living room, and the downstairs living room.
If you want a place to keep you companions do NOT use this mod, you lose them, mod is VERY buggy it's a great concept and I would endorse it gladly except for all the bugs, and if you have broken steel, can't get into the sub level...
i think he mean when if u done broken steel there is no-way to obtain this key, i have for this enclave ending to join them and i dont saw safe in his room in sub-basement
At first, everything worked for me, but I didn't see pictures and many objects, as in YouTube video - TV didn't work, sorting of things didn't work. I decided that it was necessary to deactivate and reactivate "ArchiveInvalidation Invalid!.exe" and after that game crashed when trying to load saves. Something is wrong with this mod, maybe the patch will help fix these problems - Megaton House and Theme Overhaul 2-8-8 PATCH
there appears to be a lot of texture glitches on my install, I'm not using any texture packs and im getting the dredded ! marks and various brown panels that dissapear when standing in the right location Any ideas anyone ?
you download this mod manually by hand unpack it and sort it all out into a single folder and use windows send to zip. Then use what ever manager you want to install it and your good to go.
Sounds dumb but I read for a lot of texture issues that area caused by mods disabling and reenabling should fix it. I has the same issue and did this and it seemed to work. As of writing this I don't know if it'll revert the second I leave and re-enter but it may work for you as well. If you haven't solved this issue or have it again in the future I'd suggest giving this a try.
Easy way to get the keycard when broken steel is already active. Go to the Jefferson memorial, open local map, locate the sift pump/pump control. From the entrance, go left and up, walk to the last pipe. When you see the damaged pipe, covered with chicken wire, use tcl and go in the pipe. Disable tcl. To your right is an unlocked pipe door which leads you to the sub basement where you need to be. Just find the keycard and go up to the normal exit which will work and drops you off near the rotunda.

There is patch for this mod that fixes the glitches and bugs.
Any ideas anyone ?
Then use what ever manager you want to install it and your good to go.
