Description
===========
The main function of this mod is to greatly expand upon the Megaton House. Currently the main house is around 3 times larger than vanilla. New default containers, more d�cor, larger bedroom, new living room, bathroom, and kitchen. To go along with the larger house themes have been greatly modified and a expanded upon. So far the PreWar, Love, and Raider Theme have been completed.

There is now also a new basement that is truly unique for my mod. The Basement can be purchased for access, the room adds a massive research center as the heart of the room decorated with Vault and Enclave computers and gadgets, like comm center, Holographic war Map, The BOS survey mapper, etc. Off this main room, one leads to you very own medical facility. Its Very well detailed down to the placement of operating tools on the trays. there is also another Lab set for good fun. The other main room is your own personnel armory overlooked by the Lincoln Memorial. The room has several lockers, and gun locker variations (Some with shelves and ammo boxes), along with tables and shelves for displaying all your armor and weapons in the open.

I have also included as a separate download texture replacements for the in-game portraits. All are based on World famous classical and Modern paintings. (School of Athens, Europe in Ruins,Sistine Chapel, Starry night, Washington Crossind the Delaware etc.

Latest Version and Future Versions
========
This is a public BETA. There will be and are bugs. I released it to allow for public testing so I can gather feedback on issues and concepts. I am currently working on a Alpha to be released to signed up Alpha testers.

To be Released Next: Version 2.7 optimized will completely redo all my previous work (It has been started from scratch). Will feature larger than ever interior with matching exterior even! Use of Room Markers and Portals to rid all performance issues, period! Full Navmesh of house for companions and mannequins. Larger and better designed basement. 100% unique containers (no respawning, custom names for organization, player owned). larger Playerbedroom and office. Guest bedrooms for companions and NPCS. Larger and more focused living room. Larger kitchen and bar area as own room. Moved upstairs larger bathroom/spa. new functional devices and npcs for the house including Bartender, medic/scientist, repairman, Equipment sorter, etc. More consistent lighting and design of clutter. By next version the science/vault and maybe explorer themes could be done.

Details
=======
1. Default House I.E. No Theme
- Larger downstairs and bedroom, new kitchen, new bathroom
- much more unique storage
- New default furniture


Version 2.7 Changes
- In the Bedroom, new containers, desk, and clutter, Including you own computer, and Computer Mainframe that runs on Linux lol. ( ATM the computer does nothing just for looks, In a incremental version to be released at a future time it will have a sorting device.)
- New Safe Lock container above downstairs cabinet
- New Larger kitchen (Larger than Version 2.61) New mini fridges below the Bar, Double ovens (one has a marker fro an NPC to perform the cooking animation).
+ New Bars and Counter Tops, Large Shelves that can display food and junk, Food Bins, double Sinks
+ Animation markers to perform such animations as barkeeper, lean on counter, lean against wall.
- Bathroom now once again features a clean sink and toilet since to be more realistic (AT least in my terms) megaton Has a water purification system
+Bathtub now has new Purified water as opposed to dirty water, a custom job done myself
- The old vanilla metal shelves that were in the vanilla so called kitchen have been removed and replaced by a large multi-level bookcase.
- Against the wall to the basement door there are two working gun weapon displays


1. PreWar Theme
- First off with 2.7 theme, each gets its own unique flooring, hand layed each tile myself giving perfect 3D data for each tile to ensure no over lapping, clipping, and a completey leveled floor. for the PreWar theme it gets Shagg carpeting.
- Pool table and pool set.
- Couches, tables, flowers, comfy chairs, side tables, dressers, lamps Large TV, Working Jukeboxes that use the Vault-Tec theme seen in the beg of the game.
- Unique Lighting System is bright chandeliers, as such this theme provides the brightest lighting system of all themes.
- Unique Paintings, and Pre-War posters.
- them bed is a large pristine queen-zed bed
- More but I forget... Look around and see yourself!

2. Love Theme
- Ambient house glow.
- Unique flooring is Grecko-Roman Tile, with White Roman Columns to accent the classical romantic feel
- Lighting provided by Neo-classical sconces giving off a light source
- New furniture includes Love Beds, Erotic Lights, Fountain with water, Couches large relaxing chairs, More x-mas lights
- Also to accent the Neo-Classical feel are potted tress and flowers to give naturalism feel.
- Themed Dukovs Love bed for Bedroom, A large queen sized bed with blue covers, and pink sheets
- Alcohol..
- Look around for more changes

3. Raider Theme

- entire house is themed off the look of the underworld Museum
- As such the house features Black Marble flooring, and Black marble columns
- The house is lit by sconces with fire emitting a great orange glow that mixes with the blue tint in the light
- All the hanging bodies, random, body parts, chains have been removed... Keep it classy
- Wasteland Overlord's throne
+ featuring its own platform, banners, and column, you sit in a throne surrounded by fire and skulls above those who bow to you glory.
+ there are nps markers for people on the platform to actual kneal at you like a servant
- Classical chairs and tables inspired by gothic looks to Vampire Houses.
In the Main Room of the house there is the Underworld sculpture
- Coffin for the vampire look.
- Also features display platforms, and pictures from Dante's Inferno.


4. Basement Extension changes
- significant overhaul to lighting and ambient effects in the basement, much deeper stronger colors create ea truly unique atmosphere.
- electronic cables leading from electronics and power sources.
- Enclave Posters, A large one on the projector, with projector light on.... Studying the enemy
- rearranged, added, and resized computer modules. More and changed Pod (Bio pods, stasis pods, tech pods). Statue soldiers replaced by MKII Power Armor in a stasis pod.

- medical room modeled after the look of the movie "I am Legend" that whole basement laboratory idea. Bio-pods, working chemistry set and infirmary, A new Enclave bed where one of the two exam tables were
- Int he Armory there is new lighting making it Easier to see and highlight displayed weapons.
- Mathematically alligned shelves and containers.
_ on the Right wall Gun cabinets that had open shelves, Metal Gun cases have been added, each is key locked with house key and player owned like every other container in the house. Ideally its to store your pistols in.


Install
=======
Unzip Megaton House Overhaul and PreWar Theme.esp to your Fallout 3\Data folder.
1. Before activating, remove all items from your Megaton House.
2. Make Sure all items in containers are removed (including Nuka-Cola machine).
3. Make sure you are not creating a chemical.
4. Be sure to address the respawning issue with the bedroom desk ( A Bethesda glitch of respawning caps even after supposedly revmoving all items from it, may take a few times of entering exting house to address this, but be sure however you save boefre loading up my mod that bedroom desk is cleared) This needs to be cleared before loading my mod.
5. Clear your present theme.
6. Exit House ans save game.
7. Load mod last in FOMM
8. Activate and start game.
9. you wil need to Rebuy a theme for all items, lighting, and atmoshpere to show up correctly.

Uninstall
=========
Delete Megaton House Overhaul and PreWar Theme.esp file from your Data folder.

Upgrade
=======


Upgrading from a previous Version:
1. Before upgrading, remove all items from your Megaton House.
2. Make Sure all items in containers are removed (incl Nuka-Cola machine).
3. Make sure you are not creating a chemical.
4. Be sure to address the respawning issue with the bedroom desk ( A Bethesda glitch of respawning caps) This needs to be cleared before loading my mod.
5. Clear your theme.
6. Exit House ans save game.
7. Load mod last in FOMM

New game:
1. Uninstall the old mod.
2. Install the new mod.
3. Start Fallout and play.

Incompatibility
===============

(Similar Mods):
If a mod modifies the exterior or interior of the megaton house there will probably be incompatibility. For basement mod, most just add a door so most should not conflict however there is no guarantee

(Load Order):
Mod must be loaded last in Fomm to ensure least incompatibility issues that may lead to CTD.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
*All bugs that have been or going to be addresed for V2.7 Optimized:
- Radiation spot near tub.
- Navmesh not complete, may cuase issues with mannequins or companions (This has been addresed for next version please be patient >_< ).
