This is a location mod for modders and real time settler’s players This was my first mod

I am new at modding so this is my first mod.
Anyway this mod adds a location which can be used as a resource for modders or for Real Time Settler villages.
the area has been navmeshed
this mod shouldent interfere with any other mod that i know of
==where to enter==
To enter this world space the door is at the rocket ship in Springvale at the fuel station
==install==
to instal extract the file from the .rar and put in the data folder of fallout 3
=uninstall=
to uninstall find the filed called myrtsrealm and delete it
==backstory==
My computer cannot handle both fallout3 and RTS so I created this little barren area with some resources to use for my village so my computer does not lag.
I want to improve this area so I will be adding to it perhaps once a week I would like if you are downloading this have suggestions or have found bug please message me on the nexus forums

-take good screenshots and upload them
-download it add what you think is missing tell me I will properly add it in
- If you see a problem with punctuation and spelling send me a pm I will fix it
