This is a simple retexture of bla232's excellent ACU Combat Armor retextures, which can be found here:

Location
========
To test these textures in game, go into the console and type the following:
"player.additem 00020420 1" - Combat Armor
"player.additem 00020426 1" - Combat Helmet
Details
=======
All I did was increase the sharpness on the ACU fabric, then I restored the original Combat Armor's metal plates and web belts.
Finally, reduced the opaqueness of the ACU fabric to 75% to make it a little more "textured".
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to your Fallout 3 DATA directory.
2. Either add the ArchiveInvalidation.txt file provided, or cut/paste into your own ArchiveInvalidation.txt file.
NOTE: I highly recommend using Quazzy's ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated and never worry about Archive Invalidation files ever again! Get it here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944
Uninstall
=========
1. Delete the following files:
textures/armor/combatarmor/outfitm.dds
textures/armor/headgear/combatarmorhelmet.dds
textures/armor/combatarmor/outfitf.dds
2. Remove the following from your ArchiveInvalidation.txt file:
textures/armor/combatarmor/outfitm.dds
textures/armor/headgear/combatarmorhelmet.dds
textures/armor/combatarmor/outfitf.dds
Incompatibility
===============
This is a retexture, there shouldn't be any.
