Makes moira brown, angela staley, lucky harith, Doc hoff, crazy wolfgang, crow, knight captain durga, smiling jack, and red have unlimited caps so you can sell them stuff, instead of not being able to becuase they only have the usual 300 to 500 caps. now with my mod It says she only has 65,000 caps but when you buy something youll notice that it never goes down.
