this is my first file post ever and it might Be a bit useless but i like them hope you guys/gals like it to :D

you can use these in your mods if you just give me some credit and remember to endorse the file if you liked it thanks.

HOW TO USE :
========================================

1.Place the data folder in C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3 or any place you installed Fallout 3 and the ESP File in Data

2.if you want to change your eye color you have to make a new player and select the eye you want.or mabye if you have a mod that can change eye color that works too.

3.Enjoy and also other NPC's Can change there eye color when they respawn so enjoy killing the freaky ones :P
