Makes the double barrel shotgun semi automatic, but it only has two shots. This is how double barrel shotguns are fired in real life, and I always hated that you HAVE to fire both barrels at once. In fallout 3.
NOTE: The double barrel shotgun is part of the Point Lookout DLC, so don't download unless you have it.
