I found this the fun way. I'll take a look inside the mod file.
Edit: it looks like the sniper rifle entry has been modified so it doesn't have a projectile. If you edit the plugin in GECK, you can add back the sniper projectile and it works again.
For the people saying only a few guns spawn with this mod, majority of the time the only way to fix this is to just start a new playthrough. It will allow all if not most of the new weapons to be loaded into the leveled lists. Downloading this mod in an existing playthrough with heavy progress into the game will not let you enjoy the full benefits from it and will conflict with the weapons already in a NPCs inventory such as Talon Company or Brotherhood Of Steel units. I have yet to find the FN SCAR and the M4 Wasteland in my new playthrough but I have encountered most of the weapons from this mod already.
i wanna change the damage output through G.E.C.K, but got warning that to many master file loaded, trying to toggle off any unwanted master file, but keep getting spam. any idea how to fix this?
You need to go to your documents then MyGames then fallout3 then open GECKCustom and find bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=0 and change it to bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 this will allow multiple ESMs to be opened at once in the GECK because this mod needs 4 ESMs open at once thats why you could not toggle off any unwanted master files
Had to change a few things in the menu but that's whats best about FWE, you can have everything you want changed in a simple menu.the weapon mods are amazing!
