NOTICE: This mansion takes alot of CAPS to construct.
Adds a customizable mansion to the game with its own island in the bay and includes fine transportation.You can start this mod by going to the Rivet City Marketplace and logging into the auction terminal in the back of the Marketplace. This is my first mod so please be easy.

UPDATING TO VERSION 2.0
----------------------------
Due to the extensive nature of this update you will want
to take extra steps to help prevent glitches and item loss
-Pick up most if not all loose items around the Mansion
such as items on shelves, displays, tables, etc.
-Close all doors in the Mansion
-And as always with any mod updating, save your game
away from affected zones, I recommend saving indoors
of a vanilla building
Simulation System

Getting tired of sitting around all day? Use your computer
to fill your home with annoying Radroaches to kill off, not
enough? Kick up a notch with the Ghoul Invasion or an
Enclave Attack, or perhaps you want to put your skill to the
real test and try the Supermutant Assault. Just remember to
turn on your turrets and alarms and maybe even secure your
armory, never know what your foes might like inside.
