Ten seconds under the flowing Megaton Outdoor Shower gives you a fresh "Showered" appeal which results in all merchants and traders offering a 10% discount. That "Showered" feeling lasts about 12 hours and appears in your Status>EFF in your PipBoy.

Some of the other features include:
- It's free!
- There's a handle which spins to turn it on and off.
- Megaton water is a little bit radioactive. There's just no escaping it.
- There already was an idle marker against that wall so I moved it over a little under the shower and some NPCs will stop to lean against the pipe or stand under the shower for a few seconds.
- After years of being told IRL not to waste water you might find it uncomfortable to leave it running against all common sense that it's just a game.
