Completely removes all NPC markers and Points of interest markers from the compass while retaining player placed map makers.

I made this quick mod mainly for myself due to finding the ones already available to be lacking what i was after and not working right anyway.
This mod will stop both normal and red npc markers and points of interest markers from showing up on the compass completely, however player placed map markers will still show up. quest markers can be disabled via the FalloutPrefs.ini file, i could of removed them along with the way i removed npc/poi markers however that would of removed your own placed markers too and thus defeating the point of this mod.
If there is enough interest i can make modular versions, version with just no npc markers or just no poi.
