2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
3. Start FOMM and set this file at the bottom of your load order (If you have BASHED/Merged Patch, place this above it)

Put the Dmn_Unst_PTR.EXE included in the download in FO3's root directory and run it, this will uninstall the .ESP along with any files associated with this mod
