A small humble mod that adds a new area to explore as well as perks and weapons.

First update is here! V1.1! Adds new mutant area, fixed some bugs, balanced weapons and adds new ones!

After many many hours of work, its finally here! Im a one man team and this is my first mod! Enjoy! Oh and if you like it please endorse/rate. It only takes seconds to do so while this mod took me many hours :)

-------Description-------

Samuel Baxton was the proud owner of the Dahl Corporation. Dahl Corporation was a company famous for inventing and producing weapons capable of destruction. Just before the bombs fell, he and his team secretly managed to build a vault to keep themselves safe. In the vault, they managed to invent crazy weapons, however they were not tested in combat and were experimental weapons. Then one day, hell broke loose. One of Samuel's comrades was infected by a deadly unknown virus and one by one they started to mutate into super mutants. Only Samuel survived the outbreak, and was completely unharmed. Then just when he thought the worst was over, Raiders managed to find his private shelter and then invaded it. Before Samuel died to the Raiders, he scattered the weapons around the whole vault and built tons of robots to protect the base. Good things super mutants are too stupid to use the weapons.

Basically, this mod adds a new area for you to explore (and a quest is added too), called the "Abandoned Armory" and of course new weapons and perks for you to acquire. (Whats not to like?) Contains hell lots of traps, mutants, raiders and robots. The whole place is a DEATHTRAP. Save often. :D

-------Details:Weapons---------
AS OF VERSION 1.1: (oh btw all weapons use custom meshes now :D)

I tried my best to balance them. Let me know if any of them are underpowered/overpowered. I replaced many overpowered weapons as of version 1.1. Btw, DONT BE FOOLED BY THE DAMAGE ON YOUR PIPBOY. ITS NOT ACCURATE.

The new weapons are:
-Experimental Pulse Cannon
Samuel and his team actually made a weapon that can convert small electron packs into a beam that explodes!

-Single Barrel Shotgun (used to be double barrel)
Basic shotgun. 3 round clip, good for close range only.

-The HandCannon (used to be nuke pistol)
Single shot revolver thing that deals high damage and has a small chance to knock enemies back.

-Mini Tesla Cannon
Like the Tesla Cannon, except that it has lesser firepower, but weighs lighter.

-The Hawkeye
Specially engineered sniper rifle made personally by Samuel. Shoots regular sniper bullets, except that it explodes on impact.

-M79 MISSLE Launcher (i know its supposed to be grenade launcher, but what the heck)
Samuel and his team converted the regular M79 Grenade Launcher into a Missile Launcher. Its a 1 shot missile launcher.

BEFORE YOU RANT SAYING THAT ITS OVERPOWERED PLEASE DO TRY IT FIRST. There are other factors in play, such as accuracy or ammo use. So if you see an overpowered weapon from the description, chances are it uses a good amount of ammo or it is inaccurate.

-------Details:Perks---------
They are mostly for level 20+ because i thought that those level 20+ perks suck. There are additional perk requirements for some, read the description.

-Fortitude
Makes you stronger, what else? Provies permenantly 100hp.
Requirements: STR 7, END 7 and Level 26.

-Super Strong Back
STILL feeling you cant carry enough even after strong back? with the super strong back perk, you can carry even more stuff!
Requirements: END 6, Strong Back Perk, Level 24.

-Harbinger of Doom
Only for evil characters. Allows you to deal 25% damage with all guns.
Requirements: -750 Karma and below, Level 29.

-Symbol of Justice
Only for good characters. Allows you to have 25% damage resistance.
Requirements: +750 Karma and above, Level 29.

-Action-Packed
You love action and you are always on the lookout for action. Grants permenantly 50 AP.
Requirements: Action Boy/Girl, Level 25.

Uh...somewhere in the wastes! Check the screenshot.

-Patch 1.7, perhaps.
-ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated or FOMM.

-------Installation-------

Just do it the normal way like every other mod. You can either extract it manually or use the package manager thingy from FOMM.

-------Uninstall-------

DONT DO IT =(

Delete the associated files/folders or uninstall using FOMM if you installed it using FOMM.

-------Compatibility-------

THIS WILL NOT CONFLICT WITH ANY MOD. This is because everything here is original (except custom models) and everything is MADE FROM SCRATCH.

-------Recommended Mods-------

Mods that work well with this:
-FWE (Fallout Wanderer's Edition)
Reason: Makes ammo more rare and more valuable, and makes combat more challenging. (If you have this installed, most likely the weapons and perks wont be overpowered anymore.)
-Realistic Gunshot Sounds
Reason: Makes the weapons sound more powerful, like the way they should be.

If any are found, please report them in the comments section and I will fix them. Any feedback/suggestions are greatly appreciated. I will try to implement your suggestions into the mod if i am able to (i only just started learning the geck)
