If your having texture issues and haven't moved your files around grab the update.
If you did move your texture files around get the 1.1 or reinstall your old file and grab the patch.

File Extraction
---------------
Extract the files of the mod to a temporary location.
Examine the contents of the mod and copy data folder to Fallout3 folder.
