No Heart Beat When Low Health

This will remove the annoying Heartbeat sound when you are low on health. Depending on your playstyle you may be low on health often and this can become rather annoying.
Installation
============
Copy the sound folder into your Fallout 3/Data folder.
Uninstall
=========
Simply delete the following files:
Data\sound\fx\ui\health\heartbeat\ui_health_heartbeat_a_lp.wav
Data\sound\fx\ui\health\heartbeat\ui_health_heartbeat_b_lp.wav
