Those of you familliar with the game 'Mafia: City of Lost Heaven', know that in freeride, if you bump a mafia car, they will stop at nothing to turn you into paste. Not only do thier cars go 200+ MPH, but the sawnoff can fire EIGHT shots in a row!
Well, here it is, in all of its impossible glory. It is named Omerta, after the mission where the player is introduced to the (normal) sawn off.
I don't need to tell you this thing is devastating at close range. I wanted to make it automatic, but it was just too insane in V.A.T.S.
You can find it in a place where junk is discarded, even before the war.
