This mod adds a landscape alteration to the DC ruins North of Rivet City. This is only (Part I) of a small side project that I am working on. The Southern part of Rivet City will be done at a MUCH later date.
This mod adds the following:
Ramshackle Abode: Rivet City slums where the poor/starving laborers working on the reconstruction effort live.
DC Naval Yard: Exactly as it sounds.
Rivet City Reconstruction Effort: A massive truss built around the city meant to give the illusion of the cities attempt to rebuild.
Frederick Douglass Marina and the Frederick Douglass Bridge Ruins.
The 11th Street Bridges
East Potomac Golf Course
Town of Bow Rest (ruins only)
Cold War Memorial (statue only)
Important! That giant building with the land-tare will be used in a later project. Otherwise... change and do whatever you want to this. But, be aware that most of my changes are merely for visual purposes and much of the warehouse district cannot be accessed. If anyone wants to alter the border to accomodate those areas be aware that they are already complete.
Update: I left two clues for future pojects on the bodies of two provided NPC's. They are Bob the Bastard and Albert Holm.
If you discover any other errors despite the land-tare just let me know so I can pull the file and fix them. Oh, and it will be a while before I can fix them.
...Sorry about the wait. Way to many projects and not enough time. Anway, I went back and made an Esm version so others can tinker at their own leisure. I really should have done this about a week ago. I kind of got caught up with Ravenholm.
