Replaces the look and interface of active terminals with a Windows OS.

I got the idea from Pandur's Laptop replacement pack.
Simply extract to the \Fallout3\Data\Textures\terminals\
Then place the following lines in the archive invalidation:
Textures/terminals/terminalscreen01.dds
Textures/terminals/terminalscreen01_g.dds
Textures/terminals/terminalinterface01.dds
Textures/terminals/terminalinterface01_n.dds
Textures/terminals/terminaltext01.dds
Textures/terminals/terminalscreenglare.dds
Textures/terminals/btnglow01.dds
Textures/terminals/pc/powerbutton01.dds
Known Issues:
When hacking a terminal, the text will run outside the screen. No other issues have been found.
