Unlocks the Ninja perk with the unarmed skill OR the melee skill.

Alters the requirements for the Ninja perk to:
1) level 20
2) 80 sneak
3) 80 melee OR 80 unarmed
Its as simple as that. I just love unarmed (especially with Ripper and DeathClaw Gauntlet Replacer) and sneak, but I hate having to raise melee just for that perk.
This mod does not make this perk appear any earlier and does not remove the 80 sneak requirement!
The armor/helmet in the image is from the Advanced Recon Gear mod.
