Description:
===============

I downloaded "A Home for the Weary" by DardreiGraves and decided to do some tweaking. I got carried away and before I knew it I pretty much had a whole new player home on my hands. As with my soundpack I made it because it was something I wanted to do, and other people might get some enjoyment out of it as well. This is not dependent on DardreiGraves original mod.

===============
Details:
===============

- Located roughly south-east of Oasis.
- Every container is custom. If you have mods that make any default containers respawn you need not worry.
- Navmeshed interior. However, it was my first attempt and when I tried to update the exterior navmesh my FPS(along with my ego) dropped to futile levels. It was kind of fun while it lasted, though.
- Requires Operation Anchorage and Point Lookout! I used a table, a molerat rug and some idle animations.
- Custom idle markers. No new animations, but if you used SCC to recruit a bunch of kids like I did they'll be able to stand around picking their nose, smoking and exercising(even sitting on the john).
- Includes a work bench, a bed, an infirmary and a lab.
- Feng Shui friendly. As much as I could make it without looking empty, anyway. Plenty of tables and shelves but almost totally free of havoked objects*.

* Just a hand full of crates if I remember right.

Compatibility:

I didn't find and I don't anticipate any. However, Fallout Location Addition Kit(FLAK) adds a micro-location on the same hill as the house. It's about 30 feet from the front door and, frankly, it makes for a nice front yard.
