Inspired by the TV show HEROES and the Fallout 3 HEROES mod comes The Speedster. A perk that allows you to move with Incredible speed relative to NPC\'s. But relative to the player the whole game slows down and the player stays at normal speed. Basically you can doge bullets and you get a cool knife.

Basically you can doge bullets and you get a cool knife. This mod was intended to be used with COD realism but it is not required. Pictures of this mod would be useless as it would not show how the mod works but I will be uploading a video soon.
I have noticed a bit of a bug, when you equip the speedster item if the player slows down with the game take out or put away your weapon and the script should work the right way. and if you unequip and the player stays at super speed take out or put away your weapon and the speed should return to normal.
if any one has an idea of how this mod can be made better please leave a comment and give me some feed back. If you think the game speed relative to the player should be faster or slower let me know and i will make it happen.
