Outside the Entrance of Vault 101 you will find a Metal Weapon Container containing 1000 'Jesus Juice'.
Drinking Jesus Juice will give you god like equipment for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the gear and bonuses will disapear unless you consume another Jesus Juice.
Install:
Just Put the JesusJuiceV1.esp file into your Fallout 3 Data Folder.

My online name is Pandaemonean, I have played this game since its release and I've been making tones of crazy useful and fun mods since the G.E.C.K came out. In the near future I will be perfecting mods I have such as 'Pocket Companion' A Hand Grenade that spawns a Companion on the spot, geared and ready for combat (lasts 120seconds), Guns that clear entire zones with a flash, A Red Racer Jumpsuit that increases Movement Speed by 20, An Equipment Box that spawns where and when you want it to that can be collected after you have stored your items in it then respawned anywhere at any time and many other random and useful mods.
