The shoulder fired "Nuclear Annette" is the direct descendant of the M65 "Atomic Annie" developed by the United States in the 1950's. Atomic Annie was designed as a 240mm towed artillery piece capable of firing a 15 kiloton warhead at a range of 7 miles. The Nuclear Annette is a scaled down shoulder fired variation of the original capable of being deployed by a single person (at the cost of range and yield). Furthermore it transforms ordinary missiles into small yield nuclear projectiles through a proprietary system.
The Nuclear Annette is located in the Megaton player home on top of a light fixture on the second floor, and a note explaining the weapon is on the bed.
