Open the ini files and alter the "bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" line to "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1". There are two ini files with this line. One is the "Fallout_default.ini" in the installation folder and another "FALLOUT.INI" in the documents/My Games/Fallout 3 folder.
NOTE: If your fallout.ini already have "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" don't touch the file!

- Little texture restyling of leather armor and regolator's suit (nothing special however)

- New pipboy icons for slash weapons

- 2 new perks for crush melee characters!

- New hammer to balance respect of slash weapons

Research about new hats & armors for unarmed players.
Research about other slash and crush weapons.
Research about new ideas for melee and unarmed pack in general.
