This is a tiny little mod that makes room 1G into a home, with a well-resting bed and persistent storage, as well as improved lighting and places to display your trophies.
There is almost no clutter, so go out, start picking up trash, and decorate your home yourself!

Why this mod? Because when I found out Homestead Motel was abandoned I was sorely disappointed. So, I barricaded the entrance and made myself at home.
I try to keep it as simple as possible, only giving room for players to be creative with.
