This adds the ability to forward the GNR broadcast to enclave frequencies, making radios and eyebots that would normally play the enclave station, play GNR. The bots are still subject to the broadcast range limitation of GNR if you have not done the quest. They will continue to broadcast GNR even if RaveRock is destroyed.
After you have Used the RavenRock Terminal, Head to the Washington monument. (see images)
I will Include an optional esp to make the Eyebots a bit tougher.
