Mod adds Maia, a pretty female NPC in the Megaton common house.

My lady companion Maia was admired on the image section so I thought heck, maybe I should release it. As I was saying you will

find Maia in the Megaton common house. If you blew up Megaton, you will have to suffer the consequences.
In order to enjoy her fully, I suggest using SCC. Otherwise she'll just stand in that same spot.

ATTENTION! Saram hair is required.

Install:
===============

1. Extract the files from the archive.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Un-Install:

1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
