Adds a portable vault that can be placed anywhere in the game,as many times as the player

wants.

a portable pc that lets the user travel to and from the vault,plus a few other options

map marker for fast travel

an indoor shooting range with moving targets

Location
========

The portable vault can be purchased from Moria Brown in megaton and Lydia Montenegro in

tenpenny tower

Instructions
=======

Buy the portable vault from one of the merchants listed in the description.

((blueprint/activator will be in the misc section of the pipboy))

1) Place the blueprint in the desired location (entrance will spawn in same location/position

as the blueprint,if blueprint is upside down,entrance will be upside down etc)

2) activate blueprint

((sneak+activate to pick up entrance or activator))

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout3\Data\
4. Start fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
