I've made a bunch of wacked-out weapons, some are overpowered, some are not. I also made some unique versions of vanilla Fallout 3 weapons. Just download one of the versions and put the .esp file in the \data folder of the Fallout 3 directory.
I made three different versions of the mod. The normal version just contains the weapons; you have to use console codes to get the items. The console codes are given in the readme file for every single version of the mod.
The noncheat version places the weapons and necessary gear into the game; no cheat codes are needed at all. And the overpowered god rifle uses only a special ammo, of which there are only 9 in the game, so it has a limit. Not to mention, the rifle is difficult to obtain. The locations are all in the readme file, but you don't have to use it if you don't want to.
The tenpenny version also places the weapons into the game, but instead of strewn about the Capital Wasteland, they are all sitting in a footlocker near Tenpenny Tower. No cheat codes are required.
Obviously, though, you CAN use cheat codes in any version of the mod. The readme files have more information. Also, there's a separate readme file available for download, if you want only hints to the locations of the weapons instead of detailed locations. You can use the readme file with any of the mods, though it probably only useful for the noncheat version; just replace the one already present in the mod.
UPDATE! The Devour weapon is now protected by a Super Mutant! That's right, download the Noncheat Wacky Weapons - Devour Guard version of the mod, and instead of finding the powerful Devour sitting on a table in the Old Olney Sewers, you'll find it in the hands of a Super Mutant Mechanic who's more than willing and ready to use it against you! Now you have to fight for one of the best weapons in the game!
HINT: For those of you having trouble defeating him, try what I did: lay down a bunch of mines in a nearby tunnel (I laid down 11 Plasma Mines), then draw his attention by chucking Plasma Grenades at him! I of course had trouble dealing with the Deathclaw that accompanies him, but if you take out the Super Mutant first, it'll be a lot easier to get your hands on Devour.
