Gives the lantern pipboy light addon more immersion by adding a match lighting sound when you turn the lantern on.
UPDATE (6/3/2010): Added a "Blow Out" sound for when you put the lantern away.
I was going to add a blowing out of the lantern sound when you turn it off, but I believe the sound file it uses is shared with a lot of other actions; the original addon doesn't refer to the pipboy light-off soundfile when you put it away.
