Fallout Timescale is 1 hour real time = 30 game hours. This mod changes that to 1 hour real time = 8 in game.
This can normaly and easily be changed via the console, but I got fed up with doing it so I made this mod.
The longer day this change gives does make it feel a little bit more real life, I use timescale of 8, others may use 10 or 15 but I found 8 felt right.
EDIT: I have found why the 1 to 1 Timescale I released did not work. If you have already changed your Timescale with the console, Set timescale to 10 (or any other number) that change becomes part of your game saves.
So from then on Fallout ignores the default and uses the Timescale in your saves, until you change it again in console. So the changes in this mod will be ignored if you have already used the console and saved at least once.
Usage: Will work if you have never made a Timescale change in Console, and will always work when starting a new game. I have tested this theory for 1 and 2 and both worked with a new game when checked with DUI Timescale Display.
Extra File gives .esp's for Timescales of: 1-2-4-6-8 and 10.
