This is a combined mod , don\'t run with MoreNPCs and Vault1quest if you used the old versions.

Ok, before using this mod please follow these steps if you used either of the previous mods
More NPCs for Vault 1 and Taking Over Vault 1
1. Untick vault1morenpc.esm and vault1quest.esm from your load order in FOMM.
2. Make sure your last save isn't in Vault 1 or it's tunnels
3. Re-load your last save and say yes to missing content
4. Save immediately and quit
5. Copy this esm into your Data folder. Tick the morenpcsquest.esm file in FOMM.
6. Load your game and off you go, mod installed.
It's really important not to run this mod with either of the other two previous mods as it will be crash city if you do.
Ok, what this mod does.
1. Gives a small quest to let you gain admin access to Vault 1. Giving a reason why the player would get such an advanced vault.
2. The quest is slightly updated from the previous version
3. About 15 extra NPC's who go about their business in the vault
4. Destoyed Megaton? Or plan to? This mod adds an NPC who will replace Walter to give you someone to sell that valuable scrap metal to. This NPC is only available if Megaton was or is destroyed.
5. More dialogue options to existing NPC's , mainly in Arefu depending on your game progress. Doesn't affect the main Arefu quest and also shouldn't clash with Arefu Expanded if you use that mod.
Again , I must stress if you used the previous versions of the quest and More NPC's you mustn't run those with this.
Don't use this mod if you don't want to have to gain access to Vault 1 as the quest is now included in here.

Changed the dialogue options to avoid a conflict caused by the Greeting

Add's a hatch to take you from megaton to your Vault 1 bedroom to save travelling time, only accessible once you have completed the quest and gained access to the vault
