This mod adds a noise overlay to the game, as if you used Photoshop's "Add Noise" filter. It will give a close approximation to "film grain" with negligible impact on performance, although a real film grain effect would require a new shader to implement. Two noise layers are present to allow for fine-tuning dark and light as you choose.
Options are available from the Start menu by clicking the "P" icon in the upper left corner.
The available options are:
Noise On/Off
Grain Size
Refresh Rate
