I had make a new dds for MCU(not marine) and upload it. It looks better than before.
Please place the texture in your fallout3 data folder, and overwrite the old file.

This mod retexture two kind of chinese camouflage coat(woodland and sea)
And rexture two kind of chinese camouflage hat(woodland and sea)
And made two kind of chinese camouflage helemet(woodland and sea)
And made a new chinese Ciras(eh,Does it name Ciras?)
PS:In Chinese, the woodland camouflage is used by Army force
and the sea camouflage is used by Marine

You just need to place the .esp, the texture and the meshes in your fallout3 data folder and then activate it in FOMM or the fallout launcher.
