This mod adds the Cat's Paw Magazine item for trading and classic Fallout nostalgia value.

Cats Paw Magazines are new "misc" items (non-functioning books), with no other purpose (so far!) but trade, and do not replace any existing items.
However, they will not appear in the game unless you also activate "Cat's Paw Magazine - Loot Lists" or another Loot List mod that adds it (this is a beta fix pending release of the GECK, or until I finish a "combined" Loot List mod that is more compatible with other mods). However, so far I have not found another mod here that will conflict with these loot tables, but I may be wrong!
