Nice concept, though as the description says, a little too complex for my taste. After a couple days my character was chronically malnourished and dehydrated, despite eating and drinking enough to get moderate radiation poisoning, and was in no shape to get on with any quests whatsoever... my SPECIAL stats were all over the place, and I was overencumbered half the time. I also found the separate tracking of calories, nutrition and protein redundant.

I don't know if you'll see this but, I wanted to say thank you for making this mod. I thought about it randomly one day and came to determine this is my favorite mod of any game, ever. I've been playing games for around twenty five years haha. No other mod I've encountered has so single handedly changed the experience of the game for the better. There are a few that come to mind in other games maybe, but this still takes the cake. Cheers m8

Just and FYI: If one uses no Rads sanitizer (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/729) or Bottle That Water both MODS (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/5487; and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8689) - they will both conflict with this mod. Meaning that water will NOT hydrate the player.

Otherwise, this mod continues to be an excellent immersive experience adding a depth of realism over the vanilla GOTY.

Is there a way to make food items give rads instantly instead of over time? (I don't want the '...has worn off' message showing up every few seconds whenever I eat multiple types of food)

Finally a survival mod that didn't end up bugging my user interface or bugging up my game causing my character to be constantly full and such like realistic primary needs or simple needs. Thanks for this mod, thumbs up.

I got it with uHUD after exit Vault 101, but not at midgame. I also had to disable other conflicting mod. Anyway, now it should be easier, doing it with "UIO - User Interface Organizer" instead of uHUD. Search online the S.T.E.P. guide about UIO installation if you find problems.

I've encountered an odd glitch where IMCN.esm adds a bloom effect that bathes everything in whiteness. The sky itself is virtually pure white. This effect vanishes when I deactivate IMCN.esm. As I've deleted the mod and redownloaded it and still encounter this annoying glitch, I surmise that I may have files from a deleted mod that are activated by IMCN.esm, or files from a mod that doesn't show up in NMM that conflict with IMCN.esm. Either way, I'm considering a fresh install of FO3, to which I install IMCN as the sole mod (aside from the bare necessities to run mods).

EDIT: Fresh install done, and the issue persists even when the screen effects are changed from "HDR" to "bloom" and "none". Not sure what I can do at this point. I can choose to tolerate this nuisance, or I can try to find a mod that counters the undesired effect, or if I had the knowhow, I could inspect the esm to identify and rectify the problematic element(s).

EDIT 2: I think I've finally pinpointed the cause. Upon loading an older save, and also a save the game creates automatically at the exit of Vault 101, I distinctily noticed the HDR effect was nominal, as opposed to my most recent save, where everything was bathed in so much light that an overcast sky was pure white. I do have to mention that I use Fellout. Anyhow, conversely, some interiors were drenched in darkness. So, since my older saves were pleasing to the eye, I started to inspect any visual effects they applied through IMCN. Afterall, I had narrowed down the problem to this particular mod. So, what might just be an absolutely baffling turnaround, it appears that going sober in-game applies some kind of a visual filter that is independent of the toggle in the IMCN config menu. I had noticed the screen going fuzzy for a split-second, signaling that I was "sharp as a whip". This had occurred more than once from since leaving Vault 101, but I can't tell how often. However, I surmise that the uncounted visual effect had been applied multiple times over the course of a single in-game week, driving the HDR effects into oversaturation. Hopefully, I'm not wrong with this deduction.

    P.S. I haven't MMM installed.
