Furniture, Effects and Servant changes to official player housing.

Originally named Wadsworth and Prewar Mod, I'm re-working this mod to make most changes stand-alone. My goal will be to modify the Official player homes with benifical changes.
This will repair any conflicts found in previous versions and allow the users to pick and choose the changes they want. These files will be for the most part very simplistic and basic but not trivial! :)

Housing Modifications - The Big Kahuna. All mods, all files in one package.

Main Files:
MiniServants - Sets scale of Wadsworth & Godfrey to 0.5, half their size. For Megaton & Tenpenny Homes.
Tricycle Boot - Removes the Red Tricycle in the megaton home, moving it else where. Like I said before, I hated that bloody thing. If you look hard enough, you may find it again! A radiation suit may come in handy. Post a picture if you find it! (1.2 - Removes it for Tenpenny suite as well.)
Megaton Lighting - Simply removes 90% of lighting factors in megaton home and add's only 3 more. This will help anyone running higher end graphics that have a bit of slugishness in the megaton home.
Tenpenny Expansion - Add's a new Room (Armoury) to the Tenpenny Suite. Entrance by the infirmary. 3x3 tile room with shelving, 2 wall safes, 4 gun lockers and 6 ammo boxes and one Desk. Leaves room for Mannequins. In addition, a new Mapmaker is placed on the balcony of your tenpenny suite making it easier to gain access to your house.
Tenpenny Wastelander Theme Mod - This is a very small change, deleting clutter and bones/skulls off the picnic table as well as straightens it out evenly. Also removes Brhamin skulls on the very top of the shelves. That's it!
