About this mod
Adds a walled-in area to the Exterior of Canterbury Commons. It is a small Player Home built around an already existing Water Tower. Included also is a radio station I made a while back, made to be played on a jukebox at the workshop on the edge of the back cliff, but can be listened to anywhere. It plays \"Steel Lord on Wheels\" By Hibria.

This mod REQUIRES "The Pitt" DLC, or a few of the meshes won't work.
Adds a walled-in area to the Exterior of Canterbury Commons. It is a small Player Home built around an already existing Water Tower. Included also is a radio station I made a while back, made to be played on a jukebox at the workshop on the edge of the back cliff, but can be listened to anywhere. It plays "Steel Lord on Wheels" By Hibria. The house comes with multiple beds, a workshop, slightly organized Storage, and a mild water source.
Installation:
Drop the files into your Data folder, activate the .esp, and play.
The file is labeled as "Metalradiostation.esp" as it was originally just for use of that radio station. I decided to use the same .esp to make a home, then I decided to keep expanding.
Using the mod: To open it from the outside, while facing the gate from the outside, there is a button in a rubble pile to your right. You can also walk over the rubble pile into the yard, but NPC's usually can't. Other buttons to open the gate are located in the small Kiosk at the front of the gate, and one in the tower on the lower floor with the HAM radio.

1.2: Added new structures, added more practical looking support for the Water Tower portion, added Sentry turret to front gate (Still being tested a bit) added in more walls, added in cliffside Shack with Interior that is Partially decorated. Contains even more storage. Added Thor Supersledge, a unique super sledge with a small lightning bolt at the head. Does a bit of extra damage as well as lightning damage. Stored in the run-down bus inside the walls.
1.1: Fixed massive, ugly lighting caused by an accidentally placed value. Added more fortified Front Gate with Awning. Added back wall. Added unique "Blood and Saliva-Stained Fatigues" to the Bunk-bed area. (Wasteland Surgeon outfit).
