Description
===========
Fixes the black box issue some nVidia users experience with EVE. A compatibility mod is included for EVE Operation Anchorage as well.

Details
=======
Under certain circumstances some EVE Effect Shaders with Membrane Shaders can cause problems with nVidia cards. The problems manifest themselves as block boxes appearing over certain EVE weapon effects, often leading to the entire screen going black. This was discussed by the EVE authors under the EVE Bugs section, so have a look if you're not sure what I'm talking about (they do a better job of descirbing it than me). I have altered the problem shaders to work around the issue. The result eliminates the black box issue, but leaves the shaders looking and behaving as intended.

This fix is based on EVE BETA 0.95, but it should be forward compatible. However, future versions of EVE may introduce new Effect Shaders that cause problems.
