UPDATE: New version up. This one applies once for every shot fired, and can be used on anything but corpses, and while enemies remain unVATSable due to the limitations of the engine, they are no longer invulnerable. It still doesn't automatically shrink those affected back down, but I've also included a shrink ray which resembles the alien blaster in Lesko's shack.

Watch out because the effect is permanent, and whenever you reload the area by coming through a door or reloading the game it applies again D:
