The Brotherhood have taken back the MDPL Mass Relay Station they has lost to the Raiders, and now plan to expand into the Easten Areas of the Wasteland, firstly start an Assault On Roosevelt Academy. Woo Go BoS!

I added an extention on the Carpark area South East of the Relay Station, to be honest its a Bit Shit but its me first try to make a base of sorts from Scratch. It does have a TAd to many Brotherhood twats walking about and is way to well Defended for a Shack and a few beds.
Also in the Immediate area, there be Soldiers wandering about WITH there weapons Drawn so they look like they ready for combat. They about average HP so not to God like for yall people to bugger up.
All the BoS are Respawnable so no need to whine about them getting whiped out by some Yao Guais (Noticed 2-3 of them spawn near the toilet and Shack near the lil pear and water. Imagine what MMM would do to these poor suckers.
Also Note that I added a 7 man Assault Squad to the North for an Attack on Roosevelt Academy for a hoot. These guys respawn as well.
I have noticed my game crashed a few times, probably due to another mod installed, the number of NPCs in the area or just this Mod is still buggy and needs the kinks worked out of it.
I really need to work on the BoS Ai Data like patrols e.g as at the moment they just DefaultPetrolAtEditorLocationweaponsDrawn or somthing like that.

MDPL Mass Relay BoS Base
Ya know that Raider Base Located South of Roosevelt Academy?
It was Formally a BoS Base of operations, probably one of thier First in the DC Area before they made a Push East to the East and found a Base what Now is the Citadel.
Story:
The Raider that is Known as the "Torcher" Was infact Knight Torcher in disguise and he successfully infiltrated these Raiders based here as a Brotherhood Outcast gone AWOL. He fitted right in due to the fact that he was a Extreme type of Guy when it came to fighting.
One day, whist the bulk of the Raider Gang based here where out Raiding As Raiders do on Skavenger Caravans when he and a Detactment of BoS he met up with, Sliently but quickly took out any Raider Sentries on the Lookout. Soon after, they stormed the Power Station below and took out 2 Sleeping Raiders.
Soon after they set up shop and where proud to the fact that they had reclaimed a Strategic location that is important for the Push West again. The fact that this Power Station has High Grade Working tech was another one of the Main Factors they took this Action
This Base will also serve as a way to expand the BoS influence on the Eastern Areas of the Capital Wasteland e.g try and occupy other Areas and help the stuggling Settlements here. And ofcourse find any and All Technological Resources out here. Combing the Ruins of Downtown DC has proved to Dangerous due to Supermuties.
Lets see how this New Base Goes.
NOTE: The Raider Torcher has been reworked into Knight Scorcher. He is Wearing his Torcher Arclight helmet Mask but another one can be found on One of the beds. Ok? So no need to Kill these Dudes unless you a evil SonOfaBitch.
Reason I did this Mod?
Noticed a lack of BoS bases about so thought use MDPL as a Possible one. It WAS a BoS base to begin with anyway.
No Quests or special Weapons in this mod but who knows?
INSTALLATION:
Just unzip this into your Fo3 Data file, fire up your FOMM or what ever you use, click BoS Take Back MPDL and fire up the game!
The Base is located Directly South of Roosevelt Academy - A super Mutant Strong hold.
Future plans:
Hopefully ill add some patrols on the Outskirts of the base and a Small Squad attack Roosevelt Academy, enhanceing the BoS influence further.
Conflicts:
Any Mod that Changes Torcher Raider NPC or MDPL Mass Relay Station. But who knows? It could Work. Why Not Try?
