Install:
-check bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 in FALLOUT.INI at Fallout 3 folder in MY Documents/my games
-check if Archiveinvalidation.txt is already in Fallout3 folder, if found edit and add lines:

Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/1stpersonsniperrifle.dds
Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/1stpersonsniperrifle.dds
Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/sniperrifle.dds
Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/sniperrifle_n.dds

-unpack to Fallout 3 folder

Uninstall:
-delete:
Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/1stpersonsniperrifle.dds
Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/1stpersonsniperrifle.dds
Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/sniperrifle.dds
Textures/Weapons/2handrifle/sniperrifle_n.dds
-delete entries in Archiveinvalidation.txt that reference files listed above.
