As great of a game as Fallout 3 is, I\'m surprised there\'s not a Grenade Launcher present ingame. This mod will add 4 of those, without the hassle of adding new textures/meshes/sounds/etc.

This mod will add 4 grenade shooting Railway Rifles in a toolbox to the right of the Craterside Supply building in Megaton. They use Railway Spikes for ammo, but they shoot Frag, Nuka, Plasma, and Pulse grenades. The Grenade Launchers are powerful, but they have a low durability and a high AP cost.
