I am mainly doing this mod to help finish off the awesome space marine enclave commander mod by Coffagenesis. This will be my last mod too.

beta uploaded needs archive invalidated. got dependencies on operation anchorage for now. so you will need that. this is not in its final stage so keep that in mind. just for testing. but in case I don't get to finish it off. its here for some one to put finishing touches.
the texture is Ulthwe im not going to do every eldar under the sun. Ulthwe because it easy to do. next saim hann because I like that faction
the Armor can be found in Megatown on the floor as you enter the gates there will be a better location later on
I'm thinking of doing banshees & rangers next. maybe other Eldar apsect warriors. but not promising anything
