You never asked a question what became from the USSR in world Fallout? There is indirect a proof its existence, but it is not enough of them... We have decided to make bold to assume, what events can occur on 1/6 parts of a land. And events not cheerful...
But we will not run forward, actions this mod occur in a year of events of original game. Now at us new hero - the scout from the USSR, living in the Bunker 3A "International". All went the turn, there has not come yet 2278. It is time to bunker to execute the mission, to send prospecting mission in the USA. On huge Nuclear submarine the most part survived, including the protagonist...

What is the Bunker?
The bunker - one of the advanced samples of technologies of the USSR. This huge underground construction created on a case of nuclear war for protection of peace citizens. If greedy capitalists let out all rage on our people, civilians can take cover in spacious and convenient Bunkers where to their life will threaten nothing. At each project the purpose and a role in revival of our planet after war. Together we will construct the new world...

- A new subject line, nonlinear passage.
- Completely nonlinear gampley(About it is more detailed a bit later)
