   After having spent some time in the world of .esp making, I've updated this download with a new version which adds the item as a separate item rather than overwriting the texture of the original surgical mask.
   
   Additionally I've changed the enchantment to the same as that of the Recon Armour because... well it just seemed more appropriate (and useful all things considered), as well as added a unique icon on the PiPboy for it (the original item didn't have one as far as I could tell, so I made one =p ).
   
   Hope you "likey" this new version, again if there are any problems please let me know and I'll try solving them asap.

   This worked fine for me. Seems a lot of "modders" don't know how to mod. Try learning to use Nifskope all you complainers. Sad.

   I don't know if ur still active, but if you are you might want to test ur mod or make a better one cuz ive tried multiple times to get this but the mask just stays white

   Same here! That mask even get the color of my characters eyes!
   Not good mode. undone i would say.

    I have the same problem, although the texture seems to be where it belongs (the file, I mean). The item ingame behaves as if the texture is missing.
    
    And I already have ArchiveInvalidation up and working. It works with dozens of other mods, so that cannot be the problem.
