Outcast Sniper Robe

Made for a request this is just a simple mod which adds a unique version of the Outcast Scribe Robe from Operation: Anchorage to the game. You can find the robe in the Citadel Lab, it's on the counter by the plasma rifle in the room leading to the armory. This mod does not require Operation: Anchorage. I built the .esp using only Fallout3.esm as it's master and included the necessary textures for the robe along with the plugin in this file.

Stat differences include:
Damage Resistance - 15
Health - 500
Value - 250
Weight - 5

It also has the following effects on the wearer:
+1 Charisma
+1 Luck
+5 Melee Weapons
+5 Small Guns

Installation:
Just copy and paste the Data folder contained in this mod into your Fallout 3 folder. Make sure you are using Archive Invalidation Invalidated or the Archive Invalidation feature of FOMM (recommended) or else the new textures wont appear in game.
