This is the initial port of basic functionality from my Quick Clothes and Spells oblivion mod. No bells and whistles yet, but it does what I need done.
To bind a clothing set, go into your inventory menu, hold "B" and tap 0-9. To change into a set of clothing, hold "B" and tap 0-9. Changing clothing works during normal gameplay and also during dialog (discussion menus).
On installation, a "Quick Clothes Config" item is added to players Aid inventory tab. Activate that item and exit VAT to bring up config menu. Configuration menu allows alteration of the hotkey and allows a user to optionally include weapon in the clothing set.
No support for chems or purse-of-wonder yet.
Install. Stick the ESP in your Data folder and activate.
Upgrade. Deactivate the old ESP, clean save, activate new ESP, rebind your clothing sets. IMPORTANT - DO A CLEAN SAVE ON UPGRADE.

v0.2 - rewrote script to structure for future bells and whistles, altered chording release logic to match Oblivion mod (reduces accidental hotkey), added 9 and 0 as valid keys for storing clothing sets, created script variable holding "B" scancode to make remapping simpler.
v0.5 - added in-game configuration. Allows to optionally include weapon in clothing set and change the hotkey to any valid key.
I know a lot of people used my oblivion mod, if this works for you please endorse. If not, drop a comment and I'll try to fix it.
