OVERVIEW
This mod adds a trio of weapons taken straight out of the Oblivion mod scene: Ayleid weapons. Three curved Gorimacili ("Exotic Swords", or scimitars) can be found in a crate next to the Chryslus Building. They sport revamped textures that are now completely independent of Oblivion resources (meaning they were remade from scratch). The ayleid curves are much improved due to a new technique I developed for them. Additional improvements were made to the material shaders, such as coexisting environmental cubic reflection maps and parallax occlusion (which cannot be done in Oblivion). The three weapons are the typical three elemental magic types seen in Oblivion: Fire, Ice, and Shock. They take their ancient Ayleid names: Molag, Mafre, and Malatta, respectively. The color of the welkynd stones now also reflect which is which.
INSTALL
The usual affair, drag 'n drop all contents into your Data folder, and then activate the pertinent plugin.
USAGE RIGHTS:
Ask me for permission for use.
INCOMPATIBILITIES
None expected with Fallout 3. Due to mesh UVW changes, the textures are incompatible with the Oblivion sword meshes.
