* Takes the decorations from Dukov's house - the fairy lights and decorated tree - and places them in key Fallout 3 locations

* Adds 'new' food/drink items Mulled Wine and Mince Pies to leveled lists

This was originally called "Christmas in the Wasteland", but there are other widely celebrated festivals around this time, so I thought the new title would be more inclusive.

The food/drink items use existing art (the wine bottles and mirelurk cakes, respectively) and reuses them as new items placed in existing leveled lists. I didn't worry too much about leveled list compatability as I didn't expect this to be used beyond the winter holidays.

The holotapes are owned by the player to avoid theft accusations, and although spread around are not hidden. There's one little 'easter egg' thrown in at the suggestion of a BGS forum member. A full set of tapes is placed in a metal box near the reception desk of Arlington Library in case anyone gets bored of looking.

Unlike Morrowind I didn't need to add in toys or new art because it was all already there, plus a lot of what could have been added didn't really feel appropriate for the game. I just decorated what felt like appropriate, key locations - i.e. I wouldn't expect to see the bar area of Paradise Falls highly decorated, but it seemed fitting to string up a few lights over the Rivet City Market.

One planned feature which I decided against was the addition of snow. At least two existing mods do this perfectly well, so if you would like to see flurries of snow to set off those twinkling lights, please download either Snow Mod by TaylorSD or Enhanced Weather: Rain & Snow by SkinGrad24.
